Our designers do not have to start by creating new website layouts. They work with pre-made web templates, so our designers only need to change (update) existing templates.

Professional support managers will be assigned to your project. You will communicate with them via dedicated round-the-clock chat that is open 6 day a week (Mon-Sat), via e-mail or phone. Please note: If you order the same customization type for a few pages you don't have to pay for every page. You only have to pay for one page and add an extra 5$ for each additional page.

Once you have explained to manager what exact template tuning you desire, the manager will set the preliminary term of delivery. Typical tuning takes between 36 - 48 hours, but there can be some delays if you don't provide the necessary information, such as correct contact information or personal files (texts, images, etc.)

Once you have registered you will get access to your own personal production interface. Using this interface you will be able to check current stage of your order, chat live with manager, upload personal files required for tuning and view screenshots of original template or current tuning result.

Please provide correct and full information about yourself. According to US legislation your information will not be used in any way, other than using it to provide you with the details of your project. Make sure you have all necessary information and personal files (texts, images) that will allow manager to completely understand your project, give you the right quote and proceed with production.

Please don't worry, this is the usual procedure. Template Tuning billing officers suspend all projects for antifraud check of transaction. Please wait patiently for an e-mail with further instructions. Usually antifraud check takes 2-4 hours.

When your task is done you receive an e-mail asking you to login to your personal production interface and check screenshots of your template tuning result. If you don't like the result you may reasonably revise it by chatting with manager and demand necessary updates.

Yes, you will receive your original template. Once you have accepted the template tuning result you will receive an e-mail with 2 download links. The first link is for downloading the template tuning result, the second link will be to download your original template.

This means that it is a non-exclusive purchase. Other people will be able to purchase the same template you have purchased.

"Unique template price":
This means that it is an exclusive purchase. We guarantee you that you will be the last person able to buy this template. After an exclusive purchase occurs the template is permanently removed from the sales directory and will never be available to other customers again. Only you and people who have bought the template before you will own it.
